What are the center hours?

The center is open from 6:00 a.m. to 5:45 p.m., Monday-Friday. 

Where is the center located?

The center is located in North Long Beach inside the North Long Beach Christian Church at 1115 E. Market St., Long Beach, Ca. 90805.

What is the teacher child ratio?

The State of California requires that we maintain a teacher/child ratio of 1:12 however, we maintain a teacher/child ratio of 1:6.

Is there and extra cost for meals?

Tuition includes all meals provided at the center, furthermore we take pride in preparing our menus to insure that the children receive a well balanced meal. Menus can be viewed on our Current Parents Page.

What are your staff qualifications?

Every member of our staff is CPR/First Aid trained and  required to carry a teaching permit issued by the state of California Commission on Teacher Credentialing.

Who is eligible for your free preschool program?

Any child who will be four by November 2nd of the program year. There are no income requirements, the program is absolutely free. 

Do you offer a multi-child discount?

Yes, we offer a 10% discount on the sibling with the lesser weekly tuition.

What is a typical preschool day like?

Your child will participate in a wide variety of well-planned, developmentally appropriate activities. For example, a typical day will include an art experience, and/or time to work with a wide range of materials that will encourage fine and gross motor development. We also have a small group time that takes place daily for he children to learn to write their name, learn phonics, and much, much, more. Story time is conducted on a daily basis.
